We are looking for a highly detail-focused Thermal Performance Analyst to study heat behavior across Exoben’s technologies.
In this role, you will analyze how heat is generated, distributed and managed in battery systems, solar installations and energy infrastructure.
You will identify thermal limitations and support engineering teams with data-driven solutions to improve performance and safety.
You will play a key role in ensuring systems perform reliably under demanding conditions such as high temperatures and continuous operation.
You will analyze thermal behavior in batteries, solar systems and infrastructure.
You will study heat generation, dissipation and distribution.
You will identify thermal inefficiencies and performance limitations.
You will support development of cooling and thermal management strategies.
You will validate findings through testing and simulation.
You will collaborate with engineering teams to improve system design.
You will contribute to improving safety, efficiency and durability.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage. A PhD is preferred.
You have experience in thermal analysis or heat management systems.
You understand heat transfer, system behavior and performance impact.
You are analytical, detail-oriented and solution-focused.
