Exoben is not building standalone products. It is building a fully integrated energy platform where solar generation, battery storage and EV infrastructure operate as a unified system.
This ecosystem approach requires deep understanding of how different energy components interact under real-world conditions.
The goal is to deliver reliable, scalable and sustainable energy solutions globally.
We are looking for a broad-thinking and system-focused Renewable Energy Scientist to support Exoben’s integrated energy research.
In this role, you will study how solar, storage and grid systems work together and identify ways to improve overall system efficiency.
You will focus on optimizing energy flow, reducing losses and improving performance across the entire ecosystem.
You will work across multiple teams, bridging research and engineering.
You will study integrated energy systems and their interactions.
You will analyze performance across solar, storage and grid systems.
You will identify inefficiencies and propose system-level improvements.
You will support development of sustainable and scalable energy solutions.
You will evaluate new technologies and integration strategies.
You will collaborate with engineering teams to implement improvements.
You will contribute to long-term innovation and system design.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Energy Engineering, Environmental Science or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage. A PhD is preferred.
You have experience in renewable energy systems or integrated energy platforms.
You understand system-level performance and optimization.
You are analytical, forward-thinking and solution-driven.
This role connects all Exoben technologies into one efficient system.
You ensure the entire ecosystem works together seamlessly.
Your work supports scalability, sustainability and global deployment.
