About Exoben

Exoben Inc. is building a complete energy ecosystem where solar generation, battery storage and intelligent infrastructure work together as one system.

Through its ExoSolar™ platform, the company is focused on delivering high-efficiency solar solutions that perform reliably in real-world environments, including high heat and long-term exposure conditions.

Efficiency is one of the most critical factors in solar technology. It determines how much usable electricity can be generated from sunlight, directly impacting system performance, cost and scalability.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly analytical and research-focused Solar Cell Efficiency Researcher to improve the performance of Exoben’s photovoltaic systems.

In this role, you will study how solar cells convert sunlight into electrical energy and identify ways to improve conversion efficiency.

You will work on optimizing cell structures, materials and surface treatments to maximize energy output under different environmental conditions.

You will collaborate closely with PV materials scientists and solar engineering teams to ensure improvements can be implemented in real products.

Key Responsibilities

You will analyze solar cell energy conversion processes.

You will improve photovoltaic efficiency through material and structural optimization.

You will study performance under varying sunlight, temperature and environmental conditions.

You will identify losses in energy conversion and propose solutions.

You will support experimental testing and validation.

You will collaborate with materials and engineering teams for implementation.

You will contribute to improving overall system output and efficiency.

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage. A PhD is preferred.

You have experience in photovoltaic systems or solar research.

You understand energy conversion principles and efficiency optimization.

You are analytical, detail-oriented and data-driven.

Why This Role Matters

This role directly increases energy output from Exoben’s solar systems.

You help generate more power from the same resources.

Your work improves efficiency, reduces cost and strengthens product performance.
