We are looking for a technically strong PV Materials Scientist to develop advanced materials for Exoben’s solar systems.
In this role, you will focus on improving photovoltaic cell materials to increase efficiency and durability.
You will analyze how materials perform under environmental stress such as heat, humidity and UV exposure.
You will work closely with solar engineering and system teams to ensure materials can be scaled into real-world applications.
You will research and develop photovoltaic materials and coatings.
You will improve efficiency and energy conversion performance.
You will analyze material degradation under environmental conditions.
You will enhance durability and lifespan of solar cells.
You will support testing, validation and material selection.
You will identify new materials and innovation opportunities.
You will collaborate with engineering teams for system integration.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Physics or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage. A PhD is preferred.
You have experience in solar materials or photovoltaic systems.
You understand material behavior under environmental stress.
You are analytical, detail-oriented and innovation-focused.
