Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Lithium-Ion Research Scientist to enhance Exoben’s LithioX™ platform.

In this role, you will improve battery chemistry, materials and system performance.

You will work on increasing energy density, improving charging speed and extending lifecycle.

You will ensure that research outcomes can be applied to real products and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

You will research lithium-ion materials and electrochemical systems.

You will improve energy density, efficiency and charging performance.

You will analyze degradation patterns and system behavior.

You will support laboratory testing and validation.

You will identify new material and design improvements.

You will collaborate with engineering teams for implementation.
