Job Description

We are looking for an analytical and detail-focused Solar Performance Engineer to monitor and improve Exoben’s solar systems.

In this role, you will track system performance, analyze data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.

You will ensure systems operate at optimal levels across different environments.

You will work closely with design, operations and analytics teams.

This role requires strong analytical skills and a focus on results.

Key Responsibilities

You will monitor performance of solar systems across different sites.

You will analyze energy output and efficiency.

You will identify performance issues and recommend improvements.

You will optimize system performance based on data insights.

You will support testing and validation of solar systems.

You will work with engineering teams to improve system design.

You will ensure systems meet performance expectations.

You will contribute to long-term performance tracking.

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage. A PhD is preferred.

You have experience in solar performance analysis or energy systems.

You understand system efficiency and performance metrics.

You are analytical and detail-oriented.

You are practical and data-driven.

You are a strong communicator.
