Job Description

We are looking for a detail-focused Structural Solar Engineer to design and support the mechanical structure of Exoben’s solar systems.

In this role, you will develop mounting systems and structural layouts for rooftop and ground-mounted installations.

You will ensure systems are strong, stable and able to withstand environmental conditions.

You will work closely with PV design, project and installation teams to ensure designs are practical and reliable.

This role requires strong engineering fundamentals and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

You will design mounting systems and structural layouts for solar installations.

You will ensure systems can withstand wind, load and environmental conditions.

You will support rooftop and ground-mounted system designs.

You will work with project teams to ensure designs are practical for installation.

You will ensure compliance with structural and safety standards.

You will support testing and validation of structural designs.

You will identify and resolve structural challenges.

You will improve durability and long-term stability of systems.

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage. A PhD is preferred.

You have experience in structural design or solar system mounting.

You understand load calculations and environmental factors.

You are detail-oriented and focused on safety.

You are practical and solution-focused.

You are a strong team collaborator.
