We are looking for a detail-focused Solar PV Design Engineer to design Exoben’s solar installations.
In this role, you will create layouts and system designs for residential, commercial and utility-scale projects.
You will ensure optimal panel placement, system efficiency and practical installation.
You will work closely with structural, electrical and project teams to deliver designs that are ready for deployment.
This role requires strong design skills and real-world understanding.
You will design solar PV system layouts for different applications.
You will optimize panel placement for maximum energy generation.
You will consider site conditions such as orientation, shading and environment.
You will ensure designs are practical for installation and deployment.
You will work with engineering teams to integrate systems with storage and grid.

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage. A PhD is preferred.
You have experience in solar PV design or renewable energy systems.
