Job Description

We are looking for a highly capable Control Systems Engineer to develop and optimize Exoben’s system control logic.

In this role, you will design algorithms and control systems that manage energy flow and system behavior.

You will ensure that systems respond correctly to changing conditions.

You will work closely with SCADA, grid and power electronics teams.

This role requires strong analytical skills and system-level understanding.

Key Responsibilities

You will design and implement control systems for energy platforms.

You will develop algorithms for energy flow and system response.

You will ensure stable and efficient system operation.

You will integrate control systems with hardware and software platforms.

You will support testing and validation of control logic.

You will optimize system performance under different conditions.

You will identify and resolve control-related issues.

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage. A PhD is preferred.

You have experience in control systems or automation.

You understand system dynamics and control logic.

You are analytical and detail-oriented.

You are practical and solution-focused.

You are a strong team collaborator.
