Exoben Inc. is building energy systems that can operate reliably even when the main grid is unstable or unavailable.
Microgrids are a key part of this vision. They allow communities, businesses and facilities to generate, store and use power independently.
ExoGrid™ systems are designed to support both grid-connected and off-grid environments.
We are looking for a practical and technically strong Microgrid Engineer to design and support Exoben’s microgrid systems.
In this role, you will develop systems that combine solar generation, energy storage and intelligent control to deliver reliable power.
You will focus on system stability, load management and real-world performance.
You will work closely with grid integration, energy storage and control systems teams.
This role requires strong understanding of distributed energy systems and real-world conditions.
You will design and develop microgrid systems for different applications.
You will integrate solar, storage and load systems into one platform.
You will ensure stable power distribution and system reliability.
You will support both grid-connected and off-grid system operation.
You will analyze load demand and optimize energy usage.
You will support testing and validation of microgrid systems.
You will ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
You will identify and resolve system challenges.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage. A PhD is preferred.
You have experience in microgrids or distributed energy systems.
You understand load management, system stability and integration.
You are analytical and detail-oriented.
You are practical and solution-focused.
You are a strong team collaborator.
This role delivers reliable power in challenging environments.
You enable Exoben systems to operate independently when needed.
Your work supports real-world energy access.
