Job Description

We are looking for a practical and technically strong Grid Integration Engineer to support Exoben’s system connectivity.

In this role, you will focus on how energy storage, solar systems and EV infrastructure connect to the grid.

You will ensure stable power flow, proper synchronization and safe operation under different conditions.

You will work closely with energy storage, power electronics and control systems teams.

This role requires strong understanding of power systems and real-world conditions.

Key Responsibilities

You will design and support integration of systems with the grid.

You will ensure proper synchronization and stable power flow.

You will support both on-grid and off-grid system operation.

You will analyze grid conditions and adapt system behavior.

You will work with engineering teams to solve integration challenges.

You will support testing and validation of grid-connected systems.

You will ensure compliance with grid codes and standards.

You will identify and resolve system stability issues.

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage. A PhD is preferred.

You have experience in grid systems or power integration.

You understand power flow, load balancing and grid stability.

You are analytical and detail-oriented.

You are practical and solution-focused.

You are a strong team collaborator.
