Job Description

We are looking for a practical and technically strong Energy Storage Systems Engineer to design and support Exoben’s storage solutions.

In this role, you will work on system design, integration and performance of ExoGrid™ systems.

You will ensure that storage systems are efficient, reliable and ready for real-world deployment.

You will work closely with battery, grid and solar teams.

This role requires strong system understanding and practical engineering skills.

Key Responsibilities

You will design and support energy storage systems across different applications.

You will integrate battery systems with power electronics and grid systems.

You will ensure systems meet performance and reliability targets.

You will support testing and validation of systems.

You will work with engineering teams to solve integration challenges.

You will ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

You will identify and resolve system issues.

You will support deployment into real-world environments.

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage. A PhD is preferred.

You have experience in energy systems or power systems.

You understand system integration and performance optimization.

You are practical and focused on results.

You are detail-oriented and analytical.

You are a strong team collaborator.
