The Battery Management System is responsible for monitoring performance, protecting the system and ensuring stability.
Without strong BMS design, even the best batteries cannot perform properly.
We are looking for a skilled BMS Engineer to develop and manage Exoben’s battery control systems.
In this role, you will design systems that monitor voltage, temperature and overall battery health.
You will ensure that batteries operate safely under different conditions.
You will work closely with battery systems, embedded systems and software teams.
This role requires strong knowledge of control systems and safety.
You will design and develop battery management systems.
You will monitor battery parameters such as voltage, current and temperature.
You will ensure safe operation of battery systems.
You will develop control algorithms for performance optimization.
You will integrate BMS with hardware and software systems.
You will support testing and validation of BMS functionality.
You will identify and resolve system issues.
You will ensure compliance with safety standards.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage. A PhD is preferred.
You have experience in battery systems or embedded control systems.
You understand monitoring, control and safety systems.
