Job Description

We are looking for a highly capable Battery Systems Engineer to design and optimize Exoben’s complete battery systems.

In this role, you will focus on how different parts of the battery work together, including cells, modules, BMS and thermal systems.

You will ensure that systems meet performance, safety and reliability targets.

You will work closely with design, integration and testing teams.

This role requires strong system thinking and practical engineering skills.

Key Responsibilities

You will design and optimize complete battery systems.

You will ensure integration between cells, packs, BMS and thermal systems.

You will analyze system performance and improve efficiency.

You will support testing and validation of battery systems.

You will ensure systems meet safety and reliability requirements.

You will work with cross-functional teams to solve integration challenges.

You will identify system-level risks and implement solutions.

You will support deployment into energy storage and mobility platforms.

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage. A PhD is preferred.

You have experience in battery systems or energy systems.

You understand system integration and performance optimization.

You are analytical and detail-oriented.

You are practical and focused on results.

You are a strong team collaborator.
