Job Description

We are looking for a detail-focused Battery Pack Engineer to design and develop Exoben’s battery packs.

In this role, you will work on assembling cells into modules and packs, ensuring performance, safety and durability.

You will focus on mechanical structure, electrical connections and integration with other systems.

You will work closely with cell engineering, thermal and systems teams.

This role requires strong attention to detail and practical engineering skills.

Key Responsibilities

You will design battery packs and module structures.

You will ensure proper electrical connections and system layout.

You will integrate thermal and safety systems into battery packs.

You will work with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are practical.

You will support testing and validation of battery packs.

You will ensure compliance with safety standards.

You will identify improvements in design and efficiency.

You will support integration into energy storage and EV systems.

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage. A PhD is preferred.

You have experience in battery pack design or system integration.

You understand electrical and mechanical systems.

You are detail-oriented and focused on quality.

You are practical and able to solve engineering challenges.

You are a strong team player.
