We are looking for a practical and technically strong Thermal Management Engineer to design and optimize cooling systems across Exoben products.
In this role, you will manage how heat is generated, controlled and dissipated in battery systems and energy platforms.
You will focus on ensuring stable performance under high temperatures and heavy usage.
You will work closely with battery, systems and vehicle engineering teams.
This role requires strong analytical skills and real-world thinking.
You will design thermal management systems for batteries and energy platforms.
You will develop cooling solutions including air and liquid systems.
You will analyze heat generation and distribution in battery systems.
You will ensure systems operate safely under different conditions.
You will work with system engineers to integrate thermal solutions.
You will support testing and validation of thermal performance.
You will improve efficiency and reduce overheating risks.
You will identify and solve thermal-related issues.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage. A PhD is preferred.
You have strong understanding of heat transfer and thermal systems.
You have experience designing cooling solutions.
