We are looking for a highly technical Electrochemical Engineer to support the development of Exoben’s battery technologies.
In this role, you will focus on how battery materials behave during charging and discharging.
You will work on improving efficiency, lifecycle and safety through better understanding of electrochemical processes.
You will collaborate closely with research and cell engineering teams.
This role requires strong scientific knowledge and practical application.
You will analyze electrochemical performance of battery cells.
You will study behavior of cathode, anode and electrolyte materials.
You will support improvements in energy density and cycle life.
You will identify causes of degradation and performance loss.
You will work with research teams to test new materials and chemistries.
You will support validation and testing processes.
You will contribute to improving safety and stability of battery systems.
You will document findings and support development decisions.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage. A PhD is preferred.
You have strong knowledge of electrochemistry and battery materials.
You have experience in laboratory testing and analysis.
You are analytical and detail-oriented.
You are able to connect theory with real-world application.
