The Investment Relations Director ensures that investors understand Exoben’s vision, progress and opportunity.

Job Description

We are looking for a confident and communication-focused Investment Relations Director to manage Exoben’s investor engagement.

In this role, you will be responsible for presenting the company clearly to current and potential investors.

You will support capital raising activities by preparing materials, managing communication and maintaining strong relationships.

You will work closely with the CFO and leadership team to ensure that financial information and company updates are accurate and well communicated.

This role is focused on trust, clarity and building strong investor confidence.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage communication with existing and potential investors.

You will prepare investor materials including presentations, reports and updates.

You will support capital raising activities and funding processes.

You will ensure that financial and business information is presented clearly and accurately.

You will organize investor meetings, calls and presentations.

You will respond to investor questions and provide timely information.

You will work closely with the finance team to align messaging with financial performance.

You will help build long-term relationships with investors and stakeholders.

You will monitor investor feedback and provide insights to leadership.

You will ensure communication aligns with regulatory requirements.

You will support preparation for future funding events or public market opportunities.

You will build and manage an investor relations team.

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.

You have 8 to 12 years of experience in investor relations, finance or capital markets.

You have strong communication and presentation skills.

You understand financial reporting and investment structures.

You have experience working with investors and stakeholders.

You are organized, confident and able to manage multiple priorities.

You are professional and focused on building trust.
