The Global Supply Chain Director ensures that everything needed to build and deploy Exoben products is available at the right time and at the right cost.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and execution-focused Global Supply Chain Director to lead Exoben’s supply chain operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing materials, managing suppliers and coordinating logistics across multiple regions.

You will ensure that supply chains are stable, cost-effective and able to support rapid growth.

You will work closely with manufacturing, engineering and operations teams to align supply with production and deployment needs.

This role is focused on reliability, efficiency and global coordination.

Key Responsibilities

You will lead Exoben’s global supply chain strategy and operations.

You will manage sourcing of materials and components required for batteries, solar systems and infrastructure.

You will build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.

You will ensure timely delivery of materials to support production and projects.

You will oversee logistics, transportation and inventory management.

You will work closely with manufacturing teams to align supply with production schedules.

You will identify risks in the supply chain and implement mitigation strategies.

You will negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers.

You will ensure supply chain operations meet quality and compliance standards.

You will support expansion into new markets by building local supply networks.

You will improve supply chain systems and processes for efficiency.

You will build and lead a strong global supply chain team.

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.

You have 10 to 15 years of experience in supply chain, procurement or logistics.

You have strong experience managing global supply chains.

You understand sourcing, logistics and inventory management.

You have experience working with suppliers across different regions.

You are organized, practical and focused on results.

You are a strong negotiator and communicator.
