The Director of Operations plays a key role in keeping the business running smoothly.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Director of Operations to lead Exoben’s day-to-day operational activities.

In this role, you will ensure that processes, teams and resources are aligned to deliver results across the company.

You will work closely with engineering, project and business teams to support execution and improve efficiency.

You will focus on solving operational challenges, improving systems and ensuring consistent performance.

This role is focused on coordination, control and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage and oversee daily operations across multiple business units.

You will ensure that projects and activities are executed efficiently and on schedule.

You will develop and improve operational processes and systems.

You will coordinate between teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

You will monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

You will support resource planning and allocation across departments.

You will identify operational risks and implement solutions quickly.

You will work closely with supply chain, engineering and project teams.

You will ensure operational activities meet company standards and expectations.

You will support expansion into new markets by building scalable processes.

You will build and manage a strong operations team.

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.

You have 10 to 15 years of experience in operations, preferably in technology, manufacturing or infrastructure sectors.

You have strong experience managing processes and improving efficiency.

You are highly organized and focused on execution.

You have strong problem-solving skills.

You are a clear communicator and able to coordinate across teams.

You are practical and results-driven.
