The Director of Strategy helps turn long-term direction into clear, actionable plans.

Job Description

We are looking for a structured and analytical Director of Strategy to support Exoben’s strategic planning and growth execution.

In this role, you will work closely with the Chief Strategy Officer to develop plans, analyze markets and guide decision-making across the company.

You will focus on turning strategy into clear actions that teams can follow and execute.

You will also support expansion into new markets, evaluate opportunities and help prioritize key initiatives.

This role is focused on clarity, structure and practical execution.

Key Responsibilities

You will support development of Exoben’s strategic plans across all business units.

You will analyze markets, competitors and industry trends to support decision-making.

You will help identify new growth opportunities and expansion areas.

You will work with different teams to align strategy with execution.

You will support evaluation of partnerships, investments and business opportunities.

You will help prioritize projects based on impact and feasibility.

You will track progress against strategic goals and report insights to leadership.

You will prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

You will support entry into new markets by analyzing risks and opportunities.

You will improve strategic planning processes and tools.

You will work closely with finance, operations and technology teams.

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field. An MBA is an advantage.

You have 8 to 12 years of experience in strategy, consulting or business analysis.

You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

You understand global markets, especially in energy or technology sectors.

You are able to simplify complex information into clear insights.

You are organized and able to manage multiple priorities.

You are a strong communicator with clear presentation skills.
