The Director of Regulatory Affairs ensures that Exoben’s products and operations are fully compliant and ready for market entry.
We are looking for a structured and detail-focused Director of Regulatory Affairs to lead Exoben’s regulatory operations.
In this role, you will manage approvals, certifications and compliance across all products including battery systems, energy storage, solar solutions and EV infrastructure.
You will ensure that regulatory requirements are understood early and built into product development and deployment plans.
You will work closely with engineering, legal and operations teams to ensure that compliance does not slow down execution.
This role is focused on control, coordination and enabling market access.
You will manage regulatory approvals and certifications for Exoben’s products across different markets.
You will ensure compliance with safety, environmental and industry standards.
You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure regulatory requirements are considered during design and development.
You will coordinate with legal and compliance teams to manage regulatory risks.
You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations and industry standards.
You will prepare and manage regulatory documentation and submissions.
You will act as a point of contact with regulatory authorities and certification bodies.
You will ensure product labeling, documentation and claims meet regulatory requirements.
You will support expansion into new markets by managing local regulatory processes.
You will identify potential regulatory challenges and implement solutions early.
You will improve internal regulatory processes to increase efficiency.
You will build and manage a strong regulatory team.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Regulatory Affairs or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
You have 10 to 15 years of experience in regulatory affairs, preferably in energy, technology or industrial sectors.
You have strong understanding of product certification and compliance requirements.
You have experience managing regulatory approvals across different regions.
You are detail-oriented, organized and focused on accuracy.
You are a strong communicator and able to work across teams.
You are practical and focused on enabling business growth while maintaining compliance.
