The Director of Legal Affairs ensures that Exoben operates within the law while moving efficiently.

Job Description

We are looking for a practical and detail-focused Director of Legal Affairs to manage Exoben’s day-to-day legal operations.

In this role, you will oversee contracts, agreements and legal processes across the company.

You will ensure that all business activities are properly documented, legally sound and aligned with regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with the Chief Legal Officer and internal teams to manage legal risks and support business decisions.

This role is focused on execution, control and protecting the company’s interests.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage and oversee all contracts and legal agreements across Exoben.

You will review, draft and negotiate commercial agreements with partners, suppliers and clients.

You will ensure all legal documents are accurate, clear and properly maintained.

You will support compliance with laws and regulations across different markets.

You will work closely with compliance and regulatory teams to manage legal risks.

You will assist in handling disputes, legal claims and external legal matters.

You will coordinate with external legal counsel when needed.

You will support corporate governance processes and internal legal policies.

You will ensure proper legal review of business activities and partnerships.

You will help improve legal processes and documentation systems.

You will support expansion into new markets by managing legal requirements.

You will build and manage a strong internal legal operations team.

Qualifications

You have a law degree and are licensed to practice law.

You have 10 to 15 years of experience in corporate law, contracts or legal management.

You have strong understanding of commercial agreements and legal documentation.

You have experience working in structured corporate environments.

You are detail-oriented, organized and focused on accuracy.

You are a strong communicator and able to explain legal matters clearly.

You are practical and focused on protecting the business while supporting growth.
