The Director of Finance plays a key role in managing day-to-day financial performance and supporting strategic decisions.

Job Description

We are looking for a disciplined and detail-focused Director of Finance to lead Exoben’s financial operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for financial planning, reporting and performance tracking across all business units.

You will ensure that financial systems are accurate, efficient and aligned with company goals.

You will work closely with the CFO and leadership team to support budgeting, forecasting and financial decision-making.

This role is focused on control, accuracy and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage Exoben’s financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.

You will oversee financial reporting and ensure accuracy across all departments.

You will monitor financial performance and provide clear insights to leadership.

You will support cost control and ensure efficient use of resources.

You will work closely with operations teams to align financial plans with execution.

You will manage cash flow planning and financial tracking.

You will ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations.

You will support audits and maintain strong financial controls.

You will help improve financial systems, tools and reporting processes.

You will support the CFO in strategic planning and decision-making.

You will build and lead a strong finance team.

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage. A CPA or CFA is preferred.

You have 10 to 15 years of experience in finance, accounting or financial management.

You have strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.

You have experience working in structured financial environments.

You are detail-oriented, organized and focused on accuracy.

You are a strong communicator and able to present financial information clearly.

You are practical and focused on results.
