Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and execution-focused Director, Solar Projects to lead Exoben’s solar deployments.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, managing and delivering solar projects across residential, commercial and utility-scale applications.

You will oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial planning to installation and commissioning. You will ensure that solar systems are delivered on time, within budget and at high quality.

You will work closely with engineering, operations and field teams to ensure projects are practical and perform reliably in real environments.

This role is focused on execution, coordination and consistent delivery.

Key Responsibilities

You will lead the execution of solar projects across different markets.

You will oversee deployment of ExoSolar™ systems across residential, commercial and utility-scale installations.

You will manage project timelines, budgets and delivery performance.

You will coordinate with engineering teams to ensure system designs are ready for installation.

You will work with field teams to ensure smooth installation and commissioning.

You will ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

You will manage relationships with contractors, suppliers and external partners.

You will ensure solar systems meet performance and durability expectations after deployment.

You will monitor project progress and resolve issues quickly.

You will support expansion into new markets by adapting projects to local conditions.

You will build and lead a strong solar project team.

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage. A PhD is preferred.

You have 10 to 15 years of experience in solar project execution or renewable energy infrastructure.

You have strong understanding of solar systems and project management.

You have experience managing projects from planning to installation.

You understand real-world challenges such as site conditions, timelines and cost control.

You are organized, practical and focused on results.

You are a strong leader with clear communication skills.
