About Exoben

Exoben Inc. is building a global energy platform where batteries, energy storage, solar systems and EV infrastructure work together as one system.

Grid solutions are what connect everything. They determine how energy is stored, distributed and used across homes, businesses and larger networks. In many markets, the grid is not stable, so our systems must be designed to operate independently and reliably.

This is where ExoGrid™ plays a critical role.

Job Description

We are looking for a practical and experienced VP, Grid Solutions to lead Exoben’s grid integration and power system development.

In this role, you will design and deliver systems that connect energy generation, storage and usage into one stable and efficient network.

You will focus on real-world challenges such as unstable grids, load balancing and system reliability.

You will work closely with energy storage, solar and EV infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration across the entire platform.

This role requires strong understanding of power systems and the ability to deliver solutions that work in real environments.

Key Responsibilities

You will lead the design and execution of Exoben’s grid solutions across different markets.

You will develop systems that integrate energy storage, solar generation and EV charging infrastructure.

Oversee grid interaction, load management and system stability.

Ensure systems can operate both on-grid and off-grid when needed.

Guide engineering teams on power distribution, control systems and system architecture.

Work closely with energy storage and solar teams to ensure full system integration.

Ensure compliance with grid standards, safety requirements and regulatory frameworks.

Support deployment of microgrids and distributed energy systems.

Monitor system performance and improve efficiency and reliability.

Identify risks in grid integration and resolve issues early.

You will support expansion into new markets by adapting systems to local grid conditions.

You will build and lead a strong grid solutions team.

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage. A PhD is preferred.

You have 12 to 15 years of experience in power systems, grid infrastructure or energy systems.

You have strong understanding of grid integration, load management and distributed energy systems.

You have experience delivering power systems from design to real-world deployment.

You understand challenges such as unstable grids, peak demand and system reliability.

You are practical, organized and focused on results.

You are a strong leader with clear communication skills.

Why This Role Matters

This role connects all parts of Exoben’s energy platform.

You ensure that energy flows reliably from generation to storage to final use.

Your work makes the system stable, efficient and ready for real-world conditions.
