Exoben Inc. is building a global energy platform powered by advanced batteries, energy storage systems, solar solutions and EV charging infrastructure.
Our battery cells are only one part of the system. Real performance comes from how those cells are combined, managed and integrated into complete systems that power homes, businesses and mobility solutions.
This is where systems integration becomes critical.
We are looking for a highly skilled and execution-focused VP, Battery Systems Integration to lead the development of Exoben’s battery systems.
In this role, you will be responsible for combining cells, modules, battery management systems, thermal systems and power electronics into complete battery solutions.
You will ensure that all components work together efficiently, safely and reliably under real-world conditions.
You will work closely with cell engineering, manufacturing and product teams to deliver battery systems that are ready for deployment at scale.
This role requires strong system-level thinking and a practical approach to engineering.
You will lead the design and integration of complete battery systems across LithioX™ and SodioX™ platforms.
Oversee battery pack architecture including module design, electrical layout and mechanical structure.
Ensure proper integration of battery management systems, thermal systems and power electronics.
Work closely with cell engineering teams to ensure compatibility between cell design and system integration.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure battery systems are scalable and easy to assemble.
Ensure systems meet performance, safety and reliability targets.
Oversee system-level testing and validation under real operating conditions.
Identify integration challenges early and implement solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and certification requirements.
Support integration of battery systems into energy storage, solar and mobility platforms.
Build and lead a strong systems integration team.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage. A PhD is preferred.
You have 12 to 15 years of experience in battery systems, energy systems or related engineering fields.
You have strong understanding of battery pack design, BMS, thermal management and system integration.
You have experience working across multiple engineering disciplines.
You are detail-oriented and focused on system performance and safety.
You are practical, organized and focused on results.
You are a strong leader with clear communication skills.
Why This Role Matters
This role brings all battery components together into one working system.
You ensure that Exoben’s batteries are not only powerful, but reliable and ready for real-world use.
Your work directly impacts performance, safety and customer confidence.
