Job Description

We are looking for a highly capable and execution-focused SVP, Autonomous Systems to lead the development and deployment of Exoben’s autonomous technologies.

In this role, you will take the direction set by the Chief Mobility Officer and turn it into real autonomous systems that can operate reliably in real-world conditions.

Oversee development of perception systems, decision-making algorithms and system integration across vehicles and infrastructure.

Work closely with vehicle engineering, software and hardware teams to ensure autonomous systems are safe, efficient and scalable.

This role is focused on execution, system performance and real-world readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the execution of autonomous system development across Exoben’s mobility platform.

Oversee design and integration of perception, decision and control systems.

Ensure strong integration between autonomous systems, vehicles and energy infrastructure.

Manage development timelines, budgets and delivery milestones.

Work with engineering teams to ensure systems perform reliably in real environments.

Oversee testing and validation under different driving and environmental conditions.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Monitor system performance and improve accuracy, safety and efficiency.

Identify risks in autonomous operation and implement solutions early.

Support deployment of autonomous systems in fleet and mobility services.

Build and lead a strong autonomous systems team.

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage. A PhD is preferred.

You have 12 to 15 years of experience in autonomous systems, robotics or advanced software systems.

You have strong understanding of AI, machine learning, computer vision and control systems.

You have experience building and deploying autonomous technologies in real environments.

You understand challenges related to safety, reliability and system performance.

You are practical, focused on results and able to solve complex problems.

You are a strong leader with clear communication skills.
