We are looking for a practical and execution-focused SVP, Electric Vehicles to lead the development and delivery of Exoben’s EV programs.
In this role, you will take the direction set by the Chief Mobility Officer and turn it into real vehicles and mobility solutions that are ready for deployment.
You will oversee vehicle development, testing and production readiness. You will ensure that vehicles are durable, efficient and designed for real usage, including commercial fleets and daily operations.
You will work closely with battery, charging and engineering teams to ensure full integration across the Exoben platform.
This role is focused on execution, product delivery and real-world performance.
You will lead the execution of Exoben’s electric vehicle programs from development to deployment.
You will oversee vehicle design, engineering coordination and production readiness.
You will ensure strong integration between vehicles, battery systems and charging infrastructure.
You will manage development timelines, budgets and delivery performance.
You will work with engineering teams to ensure vehicles are practical, durable and efficient.
You will oversee testing and validation of vehicles under real operating conditions.
You will ensure all vehicles meet safety standards and regulatory requirements.
You will coordinate with manufacturing teams to prepare for scaling production.
You will monitor vehicle performance and implement improvements over time.
You will support deployment of fleet-based mobility solutions.
You will build and lead a strong EV execution team.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage. A PhD is preferred.
You have 12 to 15 years of experience in electric vehicles, automotive systems or mobility solutions.
You have strong understanding of EV systems including powertrain, battery integration and vehicle architecture.
You have experience managing vehicle development from concept to real-world deployment.
You understand operational challenges such as durability, maintenance and cost efficiency.
You are practical, organized and focused on results.
You are a strong leader with clear communication skills.
