Job Description

We are looking for a people-focused Employee Relations Manager to manage workplace relationships.

In this role, you will handle employee concerns, resolve conflicts and support a healthy work environment.

You will work closely with HR and department leaders.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage employee relations and concerns.

You will resolve conflicts and disputes.

You will support employee engagement initiatives.

You will ensure fair treatment of employees.

You will advise managers on employee matters.

You will support HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications

You have a degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.

You have experience in employee relations or HR.

You understand workplace policies and conflict resolution.

You are professional and people-focused.
