Job Description

We are looking for a practical and execution-focused SVP, Solar Systems to lead the delivery of Exoben’s solar solutions.

In this role, you will take the direction set by the Chief Solar Technology Officer and turn it into real solar systems deployed across different environments.

You will oversee project execution, system performance and operational delivery of ExoSolar™ systems. You will ensure that solar installations are efficient, durable and integrated with energy storage and EV infrastructure.

You will work closely with engineering, operations and field teams to deliver solar solutions that perform consistently over time.

This role is focused on execution, reliability and scalable delivery.

Key Responsibilities

You will lead the execution of solar projects across residential, commercial and utility-scale deployments.

You will oversee installation and rollout of ExoSolar™ systems.

You will ensure strong integration between solar generation, energy storage and EV charging infrastructure.

You will manage project timelines, budgets and delivery performance.

You will work with engineering teams to ensure designs are practical and ready for deployment.

You will coordinate with field teams to ensure smooth installation and commissioning.

You will ensure solar systems meet performance, safety and durability standards.

You will monitor system performance and improve efficiency over time.

You will identify and resolve issues that affect system reliability.

You will support expansion into new markets by adapting solar systems to local environments.

You will build and lead a strong solar execution team.

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.

You have 12 to 15 years of experience in solar energy or renewable energy project execution.

You have strong understanding of photovoltaic systems, inverters and solar deployment.

You have experience managing projects from design to real-world installation.

You understand environmental and operational challenges in solar systems.

You are practical, organized and focused on results.

You are a strong leader with clear communication skills.
