Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Investor Relations Director to lead Exoben’s investor strategy.

In this role, you will manage investor communication at a high level, support capital raising and represent the company to investors.

You will work closely with the CEO and executive team.

Key Responsibilities

You will lead investor relations strategy.

You will manage communication with major investors.

You will support fundraising and capital raises.

You will oversee investor reporting and messaging.

You will represent the company in investor meetings.

You will build long-term investor relationships.

Qualifications

You have a degree in Finance, Business or a related field.

You have strong experience in investor relations or finance.

You understand capital markets and fundraising.

You are confident and leadership-driven.
