About Exoben

Exoben Inc. is building a connected energy platform where batteries, solar systems and EV infrastructure work together as one system.

Energy storage is what keeps this system stable. It allows power to be stored, managed and delivered when it is needed most. It supports homes, businesses and entire communities, especially in environments where the grid is not always reliable.

To make this work at scale, strong execution is required.

Job Description

We are looking for a focused and execution-driven SVP, Energy Storage Systems to lead the delivery of Exoben’s storage solutions.

In this role, you will take the strategy defined by the Chief Energy Storage Officer and turn it into real, working systems deployed across different markets.

You will oversee system deployment, project execution and operational performance of ExoGrid™ solutions. You will ensure that storage systems are reliable, efficient and integrated with solar and EV charging infrastructure.

You will work closely with engineering, operations and field teams to deliver systems that perform well under real conditions.

This role is about execution, reliability and delivering results on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

You will lead the execution of energy storage projects across residential, commercial and utility-scale systems.

You will oversee deployment of ExoGrid™ systems powered by LithioX™ and SodioX™ batteries.

You will ensure strong integration between storage systems, solar generation and EV charging infrastructure.

You will manage project timelines, budgets and delivery performance.

You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure system designs are practical and ready for deployment.

You will coordinate with operations and field teams to ensure smooth installation and commissioning.

You will ensure systems meet performance, safety and reliability standards after deployment.

You will monitor system performance and implement improvements where needed.

You will identify risks in project execution and resolve them quickly.

You will support expansion into new markets by adapting systems to local grid conditions.

You will build and lead a strong execution-focused energy storage team.

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.

You have 12 to 15 years of experience in energy systems, infrastructure or large-scale project execution.

You have strong understanding of energy storage systems, grid integration and power distribution.

You have experience managing projects from design to deployment.

You understand real-world operational challenges and how to solve them.

You are organized, practical and focused on results.

You are a strong leader with clear communication skills.

Why This Role Matters

This role makes Exoben’s energy storage systems real.

You ensure that projects are delivered properly and systems perform as expected in everyday use.

Your work directly impacts reliability, customer trust and the company’s ability to scale globally.
