Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven SVP, Battery Technology to lead the execution of Exoben’s battery programs.

In this role, you will take the vision defined by the Chief Battery Technology Officer and turn it into real products that are ready for market.

You will manage engineering teams, coordinate with manufacturing, and ensure that battery systems are designed, tested and delivered at high quality.

You will focus on timelines, performance and scalability, making sure Exoben’s batteries move efficiently from development to production.

This role is about execution, discipline and delivering results at scale.

Key Responsibilities

You will lead the execution of battery development programs across LithioX™ and SodioX™ platforms.

You will manage engineering teams responsible for cell design, battery packs and system integration.

You will ensure product development timelines are met from concept to production.

You will work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are practical and ready for scale.

You will coordinate with supply chain teams to secure materials and components.

You will ensure all battery systems meet performance, safety and reliability targets.

You will support testing, validation and certification processes.

You will track key performance metrics and improve product quality over time.

You will identify risks early and resolve issues quickly to avoid delays.

You will align teams across engineering, operations and product functions.

You will build and lead a strong execution-focused battery team.

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.

You have 12 to 15 years of experience in battery technology, product development or energy systems.

You have strong experience managing engineering teams and delivering complex projects.

You understand battery systems including cell design, thermal management and manufacturing processes.

You are highly organized and focused on results.

You are a strong leader with clear communication skills.
