Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Manager to support Exoben’s compliance program.

In this role, you will help implement policies, monitor activities and ensure the company follows regulations.

You will work closely with the Head of Compliance and other teams.

Key Responsibilities

You will implement compliance policies and procedures.

You will monitor company activities for compliance.

You will support internal reviews and checks.

You will identify and report compliance issues.

You will assist in training staff on policies.

You will keep records and documentation.

Qualifications

You have a degree in Law, Finance or a related field.

You have experience in compliance or risk management.

You understand regulatory requirements.

You are detail-oriented and organized.
