Job Description

We are looking for a strong and experienced Head of Compliance to lead Exoben’s compliance function.

In this role, you will develop policies, manage compliance programs and ensure the company follows all regulations.

You will work closely with leadership and all departments.

Key Responsibilities

You will develop and manage compliance programs.

You will ensure the company follows laws and regulations.

You will create and enforce internal policies.

You will train staff on compliance matters.

You will monitor risks and compliance issues.

You will report to senior leadership.

Qualifications

You have a degree in Law, Finance or a related field.

You have experience in compliance leadership.

You understand regulations and risk management.

You are organized and leadership-driven.
