The Chief EV Infrastructure Officer leads how this network is designed, deployed and scaled globally.
We are looking for a practical and execution-focused Chief EV Infrastructure Officer (CEVIO) to lead Exoben’s EV charging infrastructure.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling the ExoBoost™ charging network across different markets.
You will oversee everything from site development and system design to deployment and long-term operation. You will ensure that charging stations are reliable, efficient and integrated with Exoben’s energy storage and solar systems.
You will work closely with energy storage, solar and software teams to deliver a complete charging solution that works consistently in real environments.

You will define and lead Exoben’s global EV infrastructure strategy.
Oversee the design, rollout and operation of ExoBoost™ charging networks.
Ensure strong integration between charging systems, energy storage and solar generation.
Guide engineering teams on charging system design, power requirements and performance.
Lead site selection, permitting and deployment planning across regions.
Ensure all charging stations meet safety standards, grid requirements and regulatory frameworks.
Work with utilities and partners to secure power access and infrastructure support.
Ensure high uptime, reliability and user experience across all charging locations.
Monitor network performance and improve efficiency over time.
Support expansion into new markets by adapting infrastructure to local conditions.
You will build and lead a strong global EV infrastructure team.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage. A PhD is preferred.
You have 15 years or more of experience in EV infrastructure, energy systems or large-scale electrical projects.
Have strong understanding of EV charging systems, power distribution and grid integration.
Have experience delivering infrastructure projects from planning to operation.
Understand real-world challenges such as grid limitations, uptime and maintenance.
You are practical, solution-focused and results-driven.
You are a strong leader with clear communication skills.
