Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Counsel to manage legal matters across Exoben’s operations.

In this role, you will handle contracts, provide legal advice and ensure the company operates within the law.

You will work closely with leadership and different departments.

Key Responsibilities

You will draft and review contracts and agreements.

You will provide legal advice to management.

You will support business deals and partnerships.

You will ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

You have a law degree and are qualified to practice.
