Job Description

We are looking for a detail-focused M&A Analyst to support mergers, acquisitions and strategic transactions.

In this role, you will analyze target companies, support due diligence and assist in deal execution.

You will work closely with corporate finance, legal and strategy teams.

Key Responsibilities

You will analyze potential acquisition targets.

You will support financial modeling and valuation.

You will assist in due diligence processes.

You will prepare reports for decision-making.

You will support deal execution and documentation.

You will monitor market opportunities.

Qualifications

You have a degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.

You have experience in M&A, investment banking or corporate finance.

You understand valuation and financial analysis.

You are analytical and detail-oriented.
