Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Network Support Technician to support connectivity across Exoben’s systems.

In this role, you will ensure that charging stations and energy systems stay connected and monitored.

You will help fix network issues and support system performance.

Key Responsibilities

You will monitor system connectivity.

You will support network setup and configuration.

You will troubleshoot connection issues.

You will assist with system monitoring tools.

You will report system faults and outages.

You will work with technical teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

You have a technical certificate or diploma in IT, Networking or a related field.

You have experience in network support or system monitoring.

You understand basic networking and troubleshooting.

You are detail-oriented and reliable.
