Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Monitoring & Diagnostics Technician to track system performance and identify issues across Exoben’s deployed infrastructure.

In this role, you will monitor system data, detect faults early and support troubleshooting efforts.

You will work closely with field teams and engineers to ensure systems remain stable and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

You will monitor performance of battery, solar and charging systems.

You will analyze system data and detect irregularities.

You will identify faults and support troubleshooting.

You will report system issues and performance trends.

You will assist in diagnostics and maintenance planning.

You will ensure systems meet performance expectations.

Qualifications

You have a technical certificate or diploma in Electrical Engineering, IT or a related field.

You have experience in system monitoring or diagnostics.

You understand basic data analysis and troubleshooting.

You are detail-oriented and analytical.
