Job Description

We are looking for a careful and technically aware Formation & Testing Technician to support battery testing operations.

In this role, you will perform formation cycles, run testing procedures and verify that batteries meet Exoben’s standards before deployment.

You will monitor performance data and ensure only high-quality systems are approved.

Key Responsibilities

You will perform battery formation cycles.

You will run charge and discharge tests.

You will monitor voltage, current and system performance.

You will identify defective or underperforming units.

You will record and report testing results accurately.

You will follow strict safety procedures.

Qualifications

You have a technical certificate or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

You have experience in testing or electrical systems.

You understand measurement tools and testing procedures.

You are detail-oriented and disciplined.
