Battery assembly is one of the most critical stages in this ecosystem. It is where components are transformed into complete, functional energy systems ready for deployment.
We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Battery Assembly Technician to support battery system assembly across Exoben’s operations.
In this role, you will assemble battery modules and packs, connect internal components and ensure systems are properly configured for deployment.
You will work closely with engineers, supervisors and quality teams to ensure that all assemblies meet Exoben’s performance and safety standards.
You will assemble battery modules and full battery packs.
You will connect wiring, terminals and internal components.
You will follow detailed assembly procedures and safety standards.
You will inspect components before and after assembly.
You will support basic testing and validation processes.
You will identify faults and report technical issues.
You will maintain tools and ensure a clean working environment.
You have a technical certificate or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or a related field.
You have experience in assembly, electrical systems or manufacturing.
You understand basic wiring and safety procedures.
You are practical, detail-oriented and hands-on.
This role builds the foundation of Exoben’s battery systems.
You turn components into fully functional energy units.
