Job Description

We are looking for a highly capable Mobility Services Manager to lead Exoben’s mobility service operations.

In this role, you will oversee service delivery, customer experience and operational performance across mobility platforms.

You will ensure that services are reliable, efficient and aligned with Exoben’s standards.

You will work closely with fleet operations, software teams and customer support teams.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage daily mobility service operations.

You will ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate fleet, logistics and support teams.

You will monitor service performance and efficiency.

You will identify opportunities to improve operations.

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.

You have experience in mobility services, transportation or service operations.

You understand service delivery and customer experience.

You are organized, customer-focused and results-driven.
