Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and performance-driven Fleet Operations Manager to oversee Exoben’s electric vehicle fleet operations.

In this role, you will manage the performance, availability and efficiency of EV fleets used across mobility and service operations.

You will ensure vehicles are properly maintained, charged and deployed efficiently.

You will work closely with charging infrastructure, maintenance teams and logistics teams to optimize fleet performance.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage daily operations of electric vehicle fleets.

You will monitor vehicle performance, usage and availability.

You will coordinate maintenance and service schedules.

You will optimize fleet utilization and efficiency.

You will ensure vehicles are properly charged and ready for deployment.

You will analyze operational data and improve performance.

You will coordinate with logistics and mobility teams.

You will ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.

You have experience in fleet management, transportation or mobility operations.

You understand vehicle operations, maintenance and performance tracking.

You are organized, analytical and results-driven.
