Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Field Operations Supervisor to lead on-site teams across Exoben’s projects.

In this role, you will supervise technicians, coordinate daily field activities and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.

You will act as the link between field teams and central operations, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution.

You will also monitor work quality and ensure compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities

You will supervise field teams and daily operations.

You will coordinate installation, maintenance and repair activities.

You will ensure safety procedures are followed on-site.

You will monitor quality and performance of field work.

You will resolve on-site challenges and issues.

You will report progress and field updates to management.

You will ensure projects are completed on schedule.

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor’s degree or technical certification in Engineering or a related field.

You have experience in field operations, construction or infrastructure projects.

You understand on-site workflows and team coordination.

You are practical, leadership-driven and hands-on.
