Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Site Acquisition Manager to secure locations for Exoben’s projects.

In this role, you will identify, evaluate and acquire sites for energy and infrastructure development.

You will assess factors such as accessibility, grid connection, environmental conditions and regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with legal, engineering and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

You will identify and evaluate potential project sites.

You will negotiate land acquisition and lease agreements.

You will assess site suitability for energy infrastructure.

You will coordinate with legal and regulatory teams.

You will support permitting and approval processes.

You will ensure sites align with project requirements.

You will manage relationships with landowners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.

You have experience in site acquisition or infrastructure planning.

You understand land use, permitting and regulatory processes.

You are strategic, detail-oriented and negotiation-focused.
