Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and performance-driven Charging Network Operations Manager to oversee the daily operation of Exoben’s EV charging network.

In this role, you will manage system performance, monitor network health and ensure all charging stations operate reliably.

You will coordinate with field teams, software teams and maintenance teams to resolve issues quickly and maintain high availability.

You will also focus on improving efficiency, uptime and customer experience across the network.

Key Responsibilities

You will oversee daily operations of the EV charging network.

You will monitor system performance and uptime across all stations.

You will coordinate maintenance and repair activities.

You will manage incident response and issue resolution.

You will analyze operational data to improve performance.

You will ensure network reliability and efficiency.

You will work with software teams to improve system functionality.

You will support expansion and scaling of the network.

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.

You have experience in infrastructure operations, preferably in energy or telecom systems.

You understand network operations and system monitoring.

You are practical, organized and performance-focused.
