Job Description

We are looking for an experienced EPC Manager to lead large-scale project execution across Exoben’s energy systems.

In this role, you will oversee engineering design coordination, procurement of materials and construction activities.

You will ensure that all project components are aligned and delivered efficiently.

You will work across teams including engineering, supply chain and field operations.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage end-to-end EPC project execution.

You will coordinate engineering design with construction requirements.

You will oversee procurement of materials and equipment.

You will manage contractors and construction teams.

You will ensure projects meet quality, cost and schedule targets.

You will identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

You will ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.

You have experience in EPC projects or large infrastructure development.

You understand engineering coordination, procurement and construction workflows.

You are practical, organized and leadership-driven.
