Job Description

We are looking for a highly capable Solar Project Manager to lead the execution of Exoben’s solar projects.

In this role, you will oversee the planning, installation and delivery of solar systems across multiple locations.

You will ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely and according to design specifications.

You will work closely with engineering, procurement and field teams.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage solar project planning and execution.

You will coordinate site preparation, installation and commissioning.

You will ensure projects meet technical and design requirements.

You will manage contractors and installation teams.

You will monitor timelines, budgets and project performance.

You will ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

You will resolve project challenges and delays.

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.

You have experience managing solar or construction projects.

You understand installation processes and project workflows.

You are organized, practical and detail-oriented.
